Dr. Castellanos possesses an impressive set of medical credentials, including: Certificate of double board certification by the American Academy of Medical Specialties in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Interventional Pain Management. He also held the position as an Assistant Professor of Neurological Sciences at the Florida International University, but always had another goal within medicine in his thoughts.

Dr. Castellanos decided to follow his true passion, which is the clinical application of stem cell therapies and now has more than 15 years of experience in stem cells and the field of Regenerative Medicine.
